At Yantra Mart, we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read our return and replacement guidelines carefully:
1. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are required to record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel. The video must show the package being opened and the product being checked, without any cuts, edits, or pauses. This video is mandatory for any replacement request.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is found to be damaged or defective during transit, it must be clearly shown in the unboxing video. We offer replacement only in such cases.
3. Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, customers must contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or mail with a brief explanation of the issue along with the unboxing video proof. Once verified, a replacement product will be dispatched within 4–5 working days.
4. No Return or Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered. Our policy is strictly limited to replacement in case of genuine damage or manufacturing defects.
5. Time Limit for Reporting Issues
Any damage or defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.
6. Eligibility Conditions
Replacement will only be approved if valid proof is provided and the issue is verified by our team. Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.
