Payment Policy

At Yantra Mart, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. To ensure efficient order processing and to prevent fraudulent orders, the following payment terms apply:

1. Advance Payment Requirement  
   A minimum advance payment of ₹200 (or higher, depending on the total order value) is required to confirm your order. This amount helps cover initial logistics and courier charges.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation  
   Once an order is confirmed by our team, it cannot be canceled.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Eligibility  
   Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a total value below ₹6,999.  
   For orders exceeding ₹6,999, our team will contact you to arrange full or partial advance payment.

4. Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery  
   In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier partner, we will arrange re-delivery through an alternative courier service whenever possible.

5. Refund Policy  
   - If delivery is not possible due to service limitations in your area, your advance payment will be refunded.  
   - However, if the order is rejected after shipping, or if the customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of delivery resulting in RTO (Return to Origin), the advance payment will not be refunded, as shipping and return charges are incurred.

6. Prepaid Orders & Re-shipping Charges  
   In case of prepaid orders, if the customer rejects the shipment, is unavailable, or does not respond to delivery attempts leading to RTO (Return to Origin), the customer will be required to pay the applicable delivery charges for re-shipping the order.

7. Customer Responsibility  
   Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details and remain available during the delivery window to ensure successful delivery.
